Storm

Part II, A beginning

My thoughts are all so cloudy.
To many things rushing in and clogging my view.
Off in the distance I see the Storm
It's been hanging there for years.
As the storm moves closer, finally closer,
I can smell the rain in the sky.

Drip, drip, drop

Here it comes.
The tempest that has been circling about me
for years undefined.
I open my soul to you storm.
I am ready for your rains.

Wash away the dead inside me.
Wash away the pain.

I embrace the gifts you have to offer
No longer will I be afraid.
Now, storm, pour your rains upon me.
I am ready!
